The Holme Bush Inn is described as a “fantastic pub in a great location”

It is set in 12 acres of countryside at Corfe Mullen with its own camping facilities. The pub prides itself on its warm welcome, tasty food and regular live entertainment.

The licensee says guests love its cosy interior, its Sunday lunches and delicious menu choices throughout the week, the friendly staff and the line-up of live music, featuring regular performances both inside and outside in the often sunny beer garden. It also runs Friday curry nights, where customers get a free curry when they buy an alcoholic drink between 5pm-7pm.

The Holme Bush Inn takes its name from an alternative name for holly bush. It was once a tradition for some inns to hang a holly bush outside to show that they had recently taken a delivery of beer.

“And as we’re never short of beer we think it’s the perfect name,” said Tim. “We love the green outlook, the idyllic garden, the traditional pub with its wooden beams and warming fireplaces, and the fact that we’re far more than just a pub we’re a venue and a campsite too. We love keeping busy, coming up with new ideas for events, and building great relationships with this community.
